Mike Tozer is the founder & CEO of Xceptional, an award-winning technology company that assesses, places and supports autistic people and trains employers on inclusion. Xceptional rose to fame when it was featured on ABC’s Employable Me which has since been picked up by Netflix. Mike and Xceptional have been recognised by a number of awards, including Westpac Business of Tomorrow, Optus Future Makers, the AMP Tomorrow Fund and the Google.Org Impact Challenge. In his spare time, Mike is an elite runner with Team Brooks and broke the world record for the fastest half marathon in a business suit.

Mike has spoken to audiences at more than 50 companies across Australia and Asia. He speaks on the power of entrepreneurship to bring about change and how to influence for impact among other topics.
